Please explain3 question
see in the question , 6:5 is the ratio of the amount , first ratio for compounded annually and second for simple interest , now apply formula A = P(1 +(R/100))^2 amount for 2 years compounded annually and
A = (P + RRT/100 ) = P (1 + R/100) [since T= 1 year ]
Now , solve P(1+(R/100))^2/ P(1+R/100) = 6/5
Rate = 20%
Hope u will get it, if not then message back.
